1. Critically reflect your family background and how this has influenced your behavior in group
2. Critically reflect your personality/temperament and identity and how these have influenced the way you interact with others in group
3. Critically examine the connections between the key ideas/aspects and future practice (recommendations for future practice) 
4. Demonstrate personal awareness and professional insight.

Reflection 2
 
The aim of this reflection is to enhance self-awareness of your own cultural perspectives – which includes recognising what you know about your culture, and how this may influence your attitudes and behaviours toward, and your expectations of, others. In particular, you are required to reflect on the impact of your culture on the way you interact in groups (i.e., as a participant or a facilitator) and on the impact of cultural self-awareness on competently working with others.

In your reflection you need to:

1. Reflect specifically on cultural knowledge and skills
2. Critically reflect and analyse your cultural beliefs and experiences, and how these have influenced the way you interact with others
3. Demonstrate depth of thought and reflection
4. Critically examine the connections between the key ideas/aspects and future practice
5. Demonstrate personal awareness and professional insight.

Reflection 3

This reflection should focus on the development of your personal capabilities during the process of planning a group facilitation session with your group. The reflection provides you with an opportunity to reflect on your interpersonal competencies and demonstrate awareness of your own relational style in working within a group. The reflection must focus on your own personal capabilities. For instance, when reflecting on group work, you should focus on identifying the development of your skills (e.g., negotiation, conflict resolution, assertiveness), not on the other members. You must also reflect on what you have learnt about yourself and how you will integrate this new knowledge into your own practice in the future.

 You should reflect on the following:
