The CTO officer has approved your business case document and they have now asked you to provide a professional report on the “Implementation” aspects of the project.  Implementations In this professional business report, you must at least cover the following points adequately:  n    Descriptions and justifications of the solution design; n    Description strategies of Customer Journey; n    Description and justification of Information Architecture; n    Technology architecture; n    Work breakdowns and work package decomposition; n    Sequencing of activities; n    Timelines; n    Refine list of CSF; n    Pre-implementation plan and strategies; and n    Post-implementation plan and strategies .
